After dinner, 3:00 (bedtime): glass of peach juice.
Fourth day:
Breakfast: eggs well Msellouktan + 250 + grams of boiled beans cup of tomato juice.
Dinner: two pieces of hamburger or grilled fillet of about 100 g + lettuce salad.
After dinner, 3 hours (before bedtime) cup pineapple juice without sugar.
